Imagine returning from an overseas trip to find all four wheels of your car gone.

The owner of this Honda Fit parked at an HDB carpark in Punggol is said to be overseas.

On Sunday, passers-by noticed that the wheels of the car had gone missing.

Residents in the area reported the matter to the police.

When The New Paper visited the multi-storey carpark yesterday, the weekend car was still there, propped up on bricks, with parts of its bumper damaged. It was also tilting to one side.

A resident in the area, a technical worker who wanted to be known only as Mr Khor, 42, said he had noticed the car on Sunday.

"I was going past when I saw it without the wheels," he said.
