Holders Terengganu are through to the second round of Malaysia's FA Cup competition after an easy 4-0 demolition of Police on Saturday.

Abdul Hadi Yahya opened the scoring for the Turtles in the 10th minute, before a brace from Abdul Manaf Mamat and a late strike from Francis Forkey Doe ensured Terengganu's passage to the next stage.

Elsewhere, Super League leaders Kelantan were made to work hard for their win, finally overcoming a resilient Sarawak side 2-1 at the Sultan Mohd IV Stadium in Kota Baru.

Substitute Mohd Norfarhan Mohd was the Red Warriors saviour, firing home the winner in stoppage time.
Mohd Azizan Baba had put Sarawak ahead in the 20th minute, a lead that was cancelled out by Indra Putra Mahayuddin's 34th minute equaliser.

Kelantan will face Kuala Lumpur in the second round after the City Boys eased past Muar MC 3-0.

In the biggest upset of the round, club side Johor FC claimed the prized scalp of Super League high-flyers Negri Sembilan thanks to a 2-1 victory in Paroi.

Arthuro Bernhardt ensured a second round clash against Selangor with goals in the 25th and 81st minutes for Johor FC. Jean-Emmanuel Effa Owona was on target for a lacklustre Negri.

In Temerloh, Selangor striker Bosko Balaban followed up his debut goal against Kelantan with his second for his new side, this time netting the opener in a comprehensive 4-0 defeat of FAM Cup side Shahzan Muda.

Mohd Safiq Rahim's brace, as well as Mohd Amri Yahyah's 100th goal for Selangor, guaranteed the win.
Meanwhile, LIONSXII booked their spot in the next round courtesy of a 3-0 success over UiTM FC.

Shaiful Esah gave the visitors the lead after just ten minutes with a stunning strike, before right-back Madhu Mohana doubled their advantage five minutes later. An own-goal from UiTM captain Ahmad Shahir six minutes from time added some gloss to the scoreline.

In other games involving Super League sides. T-Team won 2-0 away at Johor FA, while Kedah squeezed past PKNS FC on penalties after the game had finished 1-1 at the Darulaman Stadium in Alor Setar.

On Friday, Perak edged Premier League leaders Armed Forces 1-0, Slovak import Michal Kubala supplying the winning goal for the Seladang.

Sunday's action sees Sime Darby FC entertain Sabah, and Pahang travel to Super League outfit Felda United.
