New DBSS project to launch in Hougang on Friday
A new Design, Build & Sell Scheme (DBSS) project will be put up on the selling block on Friday.
Prices for the 680-unit development in Hougang, named Parkland Residences, will have a price tag ranging from $359,000 to $706,000, in line with past DBSS launches.
Highlights of the development include higher ceilings at the top floor units.
