The Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) will conduct military exercises in Seletar, Marsiling, Jalan Bahar, Neo Tiew, Lim Chu Kang, Jalan Kwok Min, Tuas, Upper Jurong, Hong Kah, Ama Keng, Bedok Jetty, Kranji, Lentor, Simpang, Sembawang, Mandai from 08:00 am on Mon, March 28 until 08:00am on Mon, April 4.
Blanks and thunderflashes will be used.
The SAF will also conduct Live Firing Exercises, using live ammunition and flares, in Pasir Laba (SAFTI) Live Firing Area 08:00 am on Mon, March 28 until 08:00am on Mon, April 4.
Sea vessels and crafts sailing through the Western Johor Straits from 08:00 am on Mon, March 28 to 08:00am on Mon, April 4 are to keep within the 75m Navigable Sea Lane and not to stray into the Live Firing Boundary.
The public is advised not to be alarmed and to keep clear of these areas.
The Republic of Singapore Air Force will likewise be conducting live firing exercises around Pulau Sudong, Pulau Pawai and Pulau Senang from Mon, March 28 to Fri, April 1 daily from 7:00am to 11:00pm.
Flares will be released during the night firing.
The public is advised to keep clear of Pulau Pawai, Pulau Senang and Pulau Sudong which lie within the Live Firing Areas.
