Police are looking for the man shown in the picture to assist with investigations into a case of loanshark harassment reported in the vicinity of Bukit Batok East Avenue 5 on 10 November 2010.
The man was last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt, black Bermudas and a pair of white shoes.
