Citizens nab upskirt pervert at Jalan Membina

It was a regular Monday evening at Jalan Membina when a woman's cries for help caught the attention of four men.

Cashier Harry Toh Yi Shan, 17, who works at the Collin's Grille Bento branch at coffee shop 26 FoodLoft, said: "All I could see was a man chasing another man, while a woman was at a distance behind, constantly shouting 'Pervert! Pervert! The pervert is getting away!'"

He said three customers at the coffee shop leapt to their feet and joined in the chase.

The men managed to catch him, and pinned him to the ground until police arrived.

Police said the woman had reported that her modesty had been insulted.
