Teen arrested for throwing stone at passing bus, injuring one

Police have arrested a 14-year-old male youth for Rash Act Endangering Life.

The incident occurred on 6 May 2013 at about 6.20pm along Tampines Ave 7.

Investigations revealed that the suspect had thrown a stone at the passing bus along Tampines Ave 7, shattering the window and injuring one of the male bus passenger.

Officers from Bedok Police Division conducted extensive ground enquiries and arrested him the following day.

The Police takes a stern view against such irresponsible actions, offenders can be expected to be dealt with severely.
