BlackBerry have announced at a media event yesterday (May 9) that the long-awaited BlackBerry Q10 will launch in Singapore by end May for the price of S$898.
Said to deliver a “faster, smarter experience that continuously adapts”, the BlackBerry Q10 is the first BlackBerry 10 Smartphone that comes with the classic BlackBerry QWERTY keyboard.
The QWERTY keyboard has also been updated — it’s been redesigned to allow users find the right keys faster with larger sculpted keys and larger frets between rows.
Weighing 139g, the BlackBerry Q10 comes with a 3.1” 720x720 330PPI Super AMOLED display that’s the biggest ever display on a BlackBerry QWERTY keyboard phone. It comes with 2GB RAM, 16GB of flash memory, with a microSD slot that allows up to another 32GB of storage.
The BlackBerry Q10 comes pre-loaded with the version 10.1 of the BlackBerry OS, which is the latest update. With it, the 8MP BlackBerry Q10 camera is able to take high dynamic range (HDR) photos. The Q10 also comes with 720p video recording, and a 2MP front facing camera.
