A car hit a water pipe early this morning at the junction of Elias Road and Pasir Ris Road.
A witness, Satheesh Velu shared this photo he took of the scene (and the location where it occurred) when he jogged past at about 7.45am.
Police say they received a call at 6.04am reporting this incident, no injuries were reported and the car has been removed. Police investigations are ongoing.
