Tissue packets, bags and umbrellas are common items used reserve seats during meal times in Singapore. This time however, a Stomper had seen a food court patron placing a pair of shoes on one of the tables to reserve the seat.

Said the Stomp contributor:

"I saw a pair of black heels on a table in the food court at Parkway Parade last evening.

"I saw two girls approach the table and put their bags down only to notice the shoes and leave, looking confused and grossed out.

"I know why people 'chope' seats during the peak dinner time, but please, use tissue packets and not SHOES!

"I don't know if they are new or old and I don't know where they have been.

"The person placed them on the table where we put food also!"
