Singapore shuttler Gu Juan is through to the round of 16 of the women's singles competition after beating Australia's Victoria Na 21-10, 21-7 in Group D.
Tuesday's win at London's Wembley Arena took just 25 minutes and leaves her top of Group D after two straight wins.
"Gu Juan performed well at the group stage matches, and even though her opponents are ranked lower than her, she gave it her all," Singapore team manager Chua Yong Joo said.
"From now on, we will take one match at a time and we hope that she will be able to maintain her performance in the knockout matches."
Gu Juan, who had previously beaten Slovakia's Monika Fasungova in straight games, will play the round of 16 on Wednesday.
