ComfortDelgro in $69m Canberra bus deal

ComfortDelgro Corporation is expanding its operations in Australia with a proposed A$53- million (S$69-million) acquisition of a private regional bus company which operates in Canberra.

The acquisition involves Deane's Bus Lines Pty Ltd and Transborder Express - both part of Deane's Transit Group - and will be carried out through its 51 per cent-owned subsidiary, ComfortDelGro Cabcharge.
