Cross-dressing CGH doctor exposes himself to undergrad

In 2010, a doctor of geriatric medicine at Changi General Hospital, Ivan Ngeow Ko Yen, 37, dressed up like a schoolgirl and exposed himself to a university student in Clementi.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Ramu Miyapan told the court that the undergrad, then 19 years old and studying at the National University of Singapore, had alighted from a bus at 9pm on Aug 2010.

On Tuesday, Dr Ngeow pleaded guilty to insulting her modesty and is currently out on $10,000 bail. The next hearing has been fixed for April 24.
