Olympiacos lands Roy Carroll

Olympiacos have signed former Northern Ireland goalkeeper Roy Carroll on an 18-month contract, the Greek champions have announced on their website.

The 34-year-old Carroll counts the likes of Manchester United, Wigan, West Ham and Hull City among his former clubs in England while in recent years he has played in Denmark for Odense and OFI Crete in Greece.
