Cavani top of Man City want-list

The Eastlands club have recently splashed the cash on Mario Balotteli and Edin Dzeko in January and with Champions League qualification and FA Cup success on the horizon, it looks like money well spent after all.

But according to The Times, the next target for City is the Barclays Premier League title and they have earmarked Cavani as the ideal signing to boost their chances for next season.

The Uruguayan's 33 goals in 46 games have propelled Napoli into third in the Serie A this season. He is currently on loan from Palermo.

Besides Cavani, the Citizens are also keen in signing highly rated Udinese midfielder Alexis Sanchez.
