HDB valuation, resale applications to be done online

From Jan 3, all valuation and resale applications to the HDB will have to be done online.

Hardcopy applications will no longer be accepted.

At the same time, the HDB has also made changes have to its ResaleNet system.

Housing agents who do not subscribe to ResaleNet can make use of the e-Resale system to submit resale applications and valuation requests.

This ties in with the Estate Agents (Estate Agency Work) Regulations 2010 which disallows buyers and sellers to engage the same housing agent in a transaction.

Those without Internet access can submit their online applications at the e-Lobby at the HDB Hub, or at any HDB branch office.
