A ninth person has been charged with the Downtown East murder that took place on Oct 30.
Ho Wei Quan, 18, is accused of being part of an unlawful assembly that attacked and killed Republic Polytechnic student Darren Ng Wei Jie, 19, at the entertainment complex.
Ho, who was wearing a long-sleeved T-shirt and whose hair had been dyed brown, was expressionless as he appeared before the judge.
Eight other youths have already been charged with the murder. Court papers reveal the name of another alleged accomplice, Stillwell Ong Keat Pin, 19, who is believed to be still at large.
