Another cat found brutally killed: When will cruelty stop?
This small cat was found brutally killed at the void deck of a block of flats in Toa Payoh. It is the second cat found mercilessly killed in a span of less than two weeks.
Looking at the wound and the blood drips, the wounds are believed to be caused by human and are non-accidental. MORE
