DRIVERS who travel along Upper Bukit Timah Road and Woodlands Road will experience much smoother traffic in the future when two new flyovers are added.
To be completed by 2015, motorists travelling along these roads can expect shorter journey times by using the new flyovers to bypass the traffic junctions at Woodlands Road/Bukit Panjang Road and Upper Bukit Timah Road/Dairy Farm Road/Hillview Road. MORE
