A poll conducted by the Families for Life Council last month showed that nine in 10 people want to spend at least three more hours of quality family time in an average week. They were willing to give up lifestyle choices like shopping so as to have more time with their loved ones.
In an earlier poll by the council, four in 10 respondents said they spend six hours or less with their family in a week - less than an hour each day.
The latest survey findings were shared on Saturday (13 Sep) at the launch of the inaugural Families for Life Celebrations two-day carnival at the Singapore Sports Hub.
