Mr Bill Koh (left) and his brother Rodney Koh reunited with their long-lost sister, Madam Thanapakiam.

Madam Thanapakiam, 68, who had been given away as a baby, was searching for her biological family and all she had were a few names and a photo.

Her wish came true... thanks to last Sunday’s edition of The New Paper.

Mr Rodney Koh, her blood brother, had come across the article.

"I saw how old she was and then the name of my parents in the story. Then, I knew for sure it was the sister we have been looking for," said Mr Rodney Koh.
