1.52m tall, 40kg woman is Ramen Champion

This petite girl is a celebrity competitive eater.

Tomoko Miyake, 30, stands at 1.52m tall and weighs only 40kg.

But do not be fooled by her appearance.

She can perform impossible-sounding eating feats, like downing 100 dumplings in six minutes and finishing off a 4.6kg hamburger in an hour.

Ms Miyake was in Singapore for the first time yesterday to enter an eating competition hosted by Ramen Champion.

She swatted aside her nine male Singaporean competitors – slurping up 20 bowls of ramen in 20 minutes to win the $10,000 first prize.
