Senior personnel appointment changes will take place in two ministries and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) from Nov 1.

The Public Service Division (PSD) has announced these change.

Dr Tan Kim Siew will be appointed as Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer of IRAS, replacing Mr Moses Lee who will relinquish his appointment when he completes his term of office.

Mr Chan Yeng Kit will be appointed Permanent Secretary (Defence Development).

Mr Aubeck Kam will be appointed Permanent Secretary for Communications and Information on the same date.
