NTUC launches own range of health supplements for 'better value'

NTUC Unity Healthcare today began selling its own range of essential supplements and vitamins under its "Unity" house brand.

The product range - eight daily vitamins and supplements such as Vitamin C, Calcium, Omega 3 Fish Oil and multivitamins - are priced to provide at least 20 per cent better value than national brands, NTUC said.

The supplements are now available across its 48 stores island-wide.

All customers will be entitled to a 10 per cent discount from July 21. Those above 50 years of age will be entitled to a 12 per cent discount when they show their identification cards at point of sale.

These discounts are valid from today until September 30, 2012, subject to further price reviews.

NTUC members will further enjoy doubling their earned points everyday with a minimum of $30 nett purchase. This benefit will be available until end-2012.
