FA Cup Final: Chelsea beat Liverpool

Didier Drogba kept up his outstanding goalscoring record at Wembley as he helped Chelsea win the FA Cup for the fourth time in six years.

Chelsea took the lead in the 11th minute through midfielder Ramires' shot that beat Liverpool goalkeeper Jose Reina at the near post.

Drogba made it 2-0 when he scored with a left-foot shot that squeezed in the far corner - getting his name on the scoresheet for the fourth time in an FA Cup final.

Liverpool substitute Andy Carroll pulled one back for the Reds when he showed good feet in the box before firing in.

Carroll had a great chance to take the game to extra-time, but Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech produced a brilliant save to push his header onto the bar.
