WANTED: For Loanshark Harassment at Sengkang

Police are looking for the man shown in these pictures to assist with investigations into a case of loanshark harassment reported in the vicinity of Rivervale Crescent on 29 March 2012 .

The man is described as a Chinese man of medium build with fair complexion, aged between 30 and 40. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt with printed designs, dark coloured Bermudas, and a black cap.
