The alleged 'flashing spree' took place at about 3.30pm on 11 April at West Coast Plaza.
Within 20 minutes, the bespectacled man approached at least six young girls to show them the screen of his iPhone, which displayed explicit images.

Her eyes were directed to a pornographic image on the screen.
"The man held the phone before me and was exhaling loudly at the same time," said Ms Wang.
She ignored the man, who turned around and left.
But feeling indignant, she decided to follow the man.
In the space of 20 minutes, she and her friends saw the 57-year-old man approach five more girls to do the same thing.
He appeared to target girls in school uniforms, including a 13-year-old girl who was having lunch with her mother.
The man stood outside the eatery's glass window and flashed the lewd images at the schoolgirl.
The girl's mother was so angry that she took out her phone and dialed 999 in front of the man to call the police.
But the man ignored her and did not budge.
Ms Wang and her friend then alerted the mall's security guards. Four officers apprehended the man and handed him over to the police.
He will be charged for flashing pornographic images in public.
