Orchard Road closed this Saturday for fashion event

A section of Orchard Road will be closed between 7pm and 10pm this Saturday for the Fashion Steps Out @ Orchard event.

The stretch between Scotts Road and Bideford Road will be inaccessible to motorists, with the exception of police and emergency vehicles.

The carriageway of Mount Elizabeth in the direction of Orchard Road (between Nutmeg Road and Orchard Road) will also be closed during the three-hour period.

The police has advised motorists to refrain from parking along the peripheral roads, and said it will tow away any illegally parked vehicles.
