In one kindergarten, toddlers' mouths taped shut, bodies bound to keep them still

Two untrained female caretakers at a kindergarten in Johor Bahru bound children in cloth and taped their mouths shut in order to keep them quiet.

The two women, aged 22 and 20, have since been brought into police custody for questioning. They had told police that they had committed the act to keep the children, aged nine months and below, quiet.
