No water in parts of Sentosa after pipe bursts

Several attractions at Sentosa were left without running water on Friday after a water pipe burst in the morning.

The attractions affected included the Sentosa Golf Club, Fort Siloso and the Merlion.

Several hotels were also affected. However, Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) integrated resort was not one of them.

The burst pipe was discovered at the Golf Club at the eastern part of the island at around 6.15am.

According to national water agency PUB, the water supply was progressively restored from about 9.30am.

However, ST reporters said that when they visited the golf club at around noon Friday, the toilet taps had tricking water supply and the showers were not working.
