Small cars to get bigger COE quota
Certificates of entitlement (COEs) quota for the six-month period from February to July 2012 has been reduced slightly to 22160.
This is about 0.7 per cent less than the quota of the preceding six months.
However, the total quota for Category A cars (1,600cc and below, including taxis) have been set at 7432, higher than the previous quota of 6577.
