Singapore's Lions XII will head into the hostile den of Kedah's with a weakened back four.
The team that suffered a 1-2 home lost to Kelantan on its opening match, will have to deal with the loss of Safuwan Baharudin who is nursing a minor knee injury.
Galloping Juma'at Jantan has been shifted up as a right winger, while Raihan Rahman has been slotted into Jantan's spot.
Safuwan who was picked as the standout player by Malek Awab and Suriamoorthy after the Kelantan game will be replaced by midfield hard-man Hariss Harun.
Assistant coach Kadir Yahya said that Hariss looked good in his new role as a centre-back with Bahihakki Kaizan as his partner.
Coming into the middle of the park, the Lions will boast a more attacking-minded side with captain Sharil Ishak being paired with Shahdan Sulaiman.
The Lions were sorely lacking in a creativity when they poured forward the last time, hopefully with the creative players, Agu Casmir will have more to feed off this time around.
With the game doubling up as a homecoming of sorts for former Kedah star V. Sundramoorthy, the Lions coach will hope that his charges will be able to silence a crowd that used to cheer him on.
