George Yeo joins Kuok Group as vice-chairman of Kerry Group (HK)

Former foreign minister George Yeo has joined the Kuok Group as vice-chairman of its Hong Kong holding company, Kerry Group.



In a post on his Facebook profile, he said the appointment takes effect from Jan 1, 2012, and that he will be based in both Hong Kong and Singapore.

The Kerry group - primarily a property firm - also owns a controlling stake of the South China Morning Post, the most successful English-language newspaper in China and Hong Kong.
