Water leaking in MRT train - Why have we been forced to pay more again?

STOMPer caleb, who was heading home on the North East Line yesterday said:

"It happened around 6 plus in the evening, on a train plying the North East Line headed in the direction of Punggol.

"I believe the leak started from Chinatown and continued all the way to Serangoon."
