A SOFTWARE glitch disrupted SingTel services in parts of Singapore for several hours on Wednesday and on Tuesday.
According to a spokesman for the telco, the incidents on both days started from about midday and lasted until evening.
Only SingTel mobile customers in 'some limited areas' in central Singapore experienced intermittent difficulty in making calls and accessing the 3G network.
However, they could still use voice, SMS and data services via the 2G network. SingTel traced the cause of the disruption to a software glitch, and engineers began restoring services at 8pm on Wednesday.
