Singapore goalkeeper Lionel Lewis did not hold back as he revealed his painful struggles with injury after the Lions' disappointing 0-2 loss to Iraq on Tuesday night.
The veteran No.1, who is only 28, admitted that his battle with a groin problem in recent months has left him considering his international career for the foreseeable future.
'I cannot go on like this anymore. I've been playing in pain and, because of that, I fear I may have torn my groin muscle,' said the disheartened Home United player, who won his 70th cap on Tuesday.
