Home Team officers show that there is strength in unity in the first ever Inter-Sector Tug-of-War competition during the Home Team Games 2010.

With the continuous rhythmic chants of heaves and hos, Home Team officers showed their strength in the Inter-Sector Tug-of-War competition during the Home Team Games 2010.

The theme for Home Team Games 2010 was “One Team, One Goal”, and Home Team officers show their teamwork during the Inter-Sector Tug-of-War event, where Home Team officers from differrent departments worked and trained together to represent their sectors.

Held on 30^th October 2010 at the Home Team Academy, this is the first time that the Inter-Sector Tug-of-War event was introduced.

In the final showdown, the Home Team Northern Sector took home the championship titles for both men and women’s categories.

“This event will not only create a lot of excitement but more importantly it aims to convey and reinforce the message of teamwork and strength in unity,” said Mr Derek Pereira, Chairman of the Home United Sports & Recreation Association (HUSRA).
