The accident, which happened at about 2pm today (Apr 1), halted traffic on the expressway, forcing those who were heading to the airport to scramble for alternative routes.
A STOMPer described the accident:
"This happened just before the Marine Vista exit.
"Traffic came to a complete halt because because all the lanes were blocked.
