AN INSTITUTE of Policy Studies survey of 2,013 young Singaporeans shows one-fifth want to emigrate or go overseas for an extended period of time.
But it also reveals that the most educated and qualified group, most able to emigrate, are also the ones feeling most threatened by foreigners in Singapore society.
