The HOME Study Award allows polytechnic students pursue diplomas with course fees paid by the Ministry.
Award holders also get an annual allowance of S$2,400 while a bonus payout of S$1,200 will be given to those who pass all exam modules each semester.
Award holders have to serve a four-year bond with the Home Team.
