Video: Police Officer fires at drug suspect while pinned to a van

A van, driven by Derrick "Murder" Nailor, had rammed an unmarked police vehicle when officers attempted to apprehend two drug suspects at a NOCO gas station at Grant Boulevard and Abbott Road at about 5:53 p.m.

The impact of the collision threw Officer Chuck Jaworski 15 feet in the air, at the same time pinning Officer Joseph Milkowski between the rear end of the drug suspects' van and the middle seat of the police van.

Milkowski had to open fire to prevent himself and other officers from being harmed further.

Nailor was eventually arrested and charged with multiple felonies. Van passenger Rashad Bradford was killed by two police rounds.
