SHE was hanging her laundry out to dry when she saw a black car crash head on into the wall at the void deck of the opposite block.
Mrs Napitah, 71, a homemaker, recognised the car as her neighbour's.
The incident happened at about 7am Monday at Block 455, Sin Ming Avenue.
Mrs Napitah said: "I saw that once he started the car, it just zoomed into the wall."
