NATIONAL Service registration for male Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents born between Aug 19, 1993 and Dec 8, 1993 will be conducted between Jan 26, 2011 and Feb 16, 2011.
Registration may be made online at http://ns.sg, or in person at the Central Manpower Base (CMPB) Podium at 3 Depot Road.
Those registering in person at CMPB will need to bring their NRIC or Birth Certificates, education certificates, citizenship certificates (if applicable) and other documents as specified in the Registration Notice.
Registrants may apply to postpone their enlistment in order to complete their studies in Singapore. If successful, they will receive further notice as to when to report for enlistment.
Those who do not meet postponement criteria, or are unsuccessful in their applications, must:
a) Appoint a date between March 18, 2011 and June 2, 2011 for their medical screening, and go for the screening on the appointed date between 8am and 1.30pm.
