Less than a day to the deadline for applications, there were 6,626 applicants for the project's 1,010 units. This means that there are 6.5 applicants for each unit offered.
This is compared to just over 3 applicants for each unit offered in the previous BTO project in Yishun.
Facilities to be provided at this development include a supermarket, an eating house, shops, a child care centre, and a Residents' Committee Centre.
The selling prices for the flats range from S$166,000 to S$207,000 for a 3-room flat, and S$335,000 to S$406,000 for a 5-room unit.
