Motorists will face lower Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) rates at several gantries from Monday, after the Land Transport Authority completed its quarterly review of traffic conditions and announced the changes yesterday.

Those driving along the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) from 8.30am to 9am will see ERP rates fall to S$1, while the existing S$1 charge from 9am to 9.30am will be scrapped.

The rate at four gantries along the southbound Central Expressway (CTE) after Braddell Road and the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) slip road into southbound CTE will be reduced from S$5 to S$4 between 7.30am and 8am.

Two gantries along the East Coast Parkway (ECP) (City) and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) will see S$1 reductions between 7.30am and 8.30am. And motorists passing those gantries from 8.30am to 9am will pay a lower rate of S$3 instead of S$4.

Rates along the westbound Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE) before the Maxwell Road exit and on the slip road to Marina Coastal Drive will be reduced to S$3 between 8.30am and 9am. Motorists travelling on the eastbound ECP before the KPE from 7.30pm to 8pm will no longer have to pay the S$0.50 rate.

Two gantries will see higher rates of S$2 instead of S$1: The one on the southbound CTE slip road to PIE (Changi)/Serangoon Road from 9am to 9.30am and the gantry on the northbound CTE before the PIE from 5.30pm to 6pm.
