Teen transvestite tries to extort $50 from man

When a man sent naked photographs of himself to a teenage transvestite, the latter tried to extort $50 from him.

After the victim made a police report, the teen, Ryan Raj, 17, made matters worse by pretending to be someone else to a police officer.

The court heard yesterday that Ryan started communicating with the 25-year-old man online in September.

After the man sent Ryan naked photographs of himself, Ryan texted him on WhatsApp to demand $50 or he would upload the photographs on the Internet.

Ryan pleaded guilty to one count of extortion and one count of providing false information to a public servant.

He will be sentenced on Dec 26.
