Four cases of dengue have been reported at Choa Chu Kang Central, and the National Environment Agency (NEA) has designated the area as a new cluster.
An NEA spokesman said the agency had been notified by the Ministry of Health on Monday of three cases at Block 231 Choa Chu Kang Central, and another case at Block 230.
The three cases at Block 231 are from the same family.
NEA said investigations and vector control operations are ongoing in the area.
It also said the risk of dengue spreading is still very high, and therefore urges the public to remain vigilant.
