It was a call from Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Manpower, Hawazi Daipi, that started the ball rolling, and now, Mahathir Azeman has Brazil’s ambassador to Singapore, Luis Fernando de Andrade Serra, lobbying for him too.
