After being arrested for driving under the influence in Black Diamond, Washington state, a 58-year-old woman was released Thursday.
Approximately one hour later, she returned to the same location driving a different vehicle and was arrested again.
The first time police arrested the woman, after she had crashed her vehicle into a commercial building, her breath alcohol results were almost three times the legal limit.
Her vehicle was then impounded but she was released after processing because the jail was full.
A witness later called to report the woman had returned to the same location driving another vehicle and had entered a liquor store. Officers arrested her on suspicion of DUI (driving under the influence) as she was preparing to drive away. Again, her breath results tested above the .08 legal limit.
The woman has been booked into jail this time.
