Defending Malaysia Cup champions Kelantan sealed their place in the quarter-finals as they finished top of Group C following a 4-0 win over Pahang on Saturday.
Indra Putra Mahayuddin opened the scoring for the Red Warriors at the Sultan Mohammad IV Stadium in the 25th minute, before Dickson Nwakaeme added a second five minutes after the hour mark to put them firmly in control.
The Nigerian striker then wrapped up the points with a third in the 76th minute, before completing his hat-trick six minutes later to cap off a fine display from the hosts.
The result saw Kelantan leapfrog Pahang into top spot, but Tok Gajah are still through to the quarter-finals after Negeri Sembilan's 2-2 draw with Terengganu meant they still finished second.

Already-eliminated Terengganu took the lead at the Tuanku Abdul Rahman Stadium through Jean-Emmanuel Effa Owona's 17th-minute opener, but Fabio Leandro Barbosa equalised for the hosts just two minutes later.
Negeri Sembilan then took the lead in the 70th minute through a Nazrin Nawi strike and looked on course to pip Pahang, but their hopes were quashed four minutes from time when Ashaari Shamsuddin made it 2-2 to deny them victory.

Darul Takzim were made to sweat over their place in the knockout round after falling to a 2-0 defeat to Group B winners PKNS FC, thanks to goals from Reeshafiq Alwi and Roman Chmelo.
However, their superior goal difference saw them finish second ahead of T-Team, who beat FELDA United 2-1 at the Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah Stadium.

Akmal Mohd Noor pulled one back for FELDA in the 87th minute but T-Team ultimately held on for the three points, although it proved to be futile in the end.

Towering centre-back Amirizdwan Taj Tajuddin gave the Armed Forces the lead after just three minutes, but Asrol Ibrahim netted in the 35th minute to earn the hosts a share of the spoils.

32-time champions Selangor, who had already been eliminated, managed to salvage some pride as they claimed their first win of the campaign by beating Johor 2-1 at the Shah Alam Stadium.
It looked as though the Red Giants were headed for another disappointing result after they fell behind in the 47th minute through a Farid Ideris penalty.
But nine minutes after the hour mark, S. Kunanlan equalised for Selangor, before talismanic striker Amri Yahyah found the back of the net six minutes later to hand them all three points.

Finally in Group D, Sarawak sealed top spot in Group D with a crushing 6-1 victory over Perak at the Sarawak State Stadium.
Having taken a fifth-minute lead through a Khairi Kiman own-goal, it took the hosts just a minute to double their tally when Bobby Gonzales made it 2-0 but Yong Kuong Yong pulled one back for Perak in the 23rd minute.
Nonetheless, Muamer Salibasic struck a minute before the break to restore Sarawak's two-goal lead, before Zamri Morshidi added a fourth in the 57th minute.
Two minutes later, Salibasic found the back of the net to make it 5-1 and, in the 72nd minute, he completed his hat-trick to complete the rout for the reigning Premier League champions.

Hariss Harun put the visitors ahead at the Darul Aman Stadium with a glancing header in the 24th minute, before Baihakki Khaizan made it 2-0 15 minutes later when he slammed home Safuwan Baharudin's flick-on header.
Alen Guc did manage to pull one back for the hosts just before the break when he scored with a neat header at the far post, but the LIONSXII sealed the victory in the 66th minute when Hafiz Abu Sujad netted a fine individual strike for his first goal for the club.
